Michigan State Police have issued an endangered missing advisory for a 2-year-old boy from Gibraltar.

Police say Justice Lance Kelly was removed from his home by his biological father, Maurice Kelly, who had a PPO and violated it by being at the home.

Justice was being watched by his older siblings and his mom was not home when he was taken.

Police say he was wearing just a diaper.

Maurice is believed to be driving a 2015 Lincoln MKZ that is black with a license plate of EFZ 2732 or a plate that says "REESH." There could also be a Hawaii license plate in the back window.

Maurice does have relatives in northwest Detroit and in Warren.
