(WXYZ) — After Joe Biden was projected to win the presidential race, he took to Twitter to send a message to the country.
Biden tweeted that he will "be a President for all Americans — whether you voted for me or not."
His message includes a video to the soundtrack of "America the Beautiful" by Ray Charles.
