KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Kalamazoo County is reporting another death due to the coronavirus.
The individual was an older adult, according to Kalamazoo County Health & Community Services Department today.
They had underlying medical conditions.
There are now six deaths from the virus in the county.
There are 67 cases county-wide, according to its website.
The department urged residents to comply with Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's stay-at-home order and "avoid all gatherings of any size."
It also reminded residents that if they must go out for essential needs, they should wear a cloth mask, maintain six feet distance from others and wash their hands.
