KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Saying that protective behaviors have “helped flatten the COVID-19 curve in southwest Michigan,” Bronson Healthcare has begun to call patients to reschedule services that have been suspended.

It’s important to resume medical care, especially since COVID-19 remains present in the area, said a Bronson release. And patients should feel safe to return to medical facilities.

“If you feel nervous about coming to a Bronson office, emergency department or hospital, I want to assure you that the safety of our patients, employees and community is our number one priority and we have many protocols in place to keep everyone safe,” says Bill Manns, president and CEO of Bronson Healthcare in the release.

Calls are being made to reschedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries that were postponed.

Patients should either call their provider, use Bronson MyChart, or call 269-341-7788 to talk to a Bronson Care Advisor.
