DETROIT, Mich. — Members of Blue Care Network and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan will continue to have costs waived for COVID-19 treatment through the end of September, according to BCBS of Michigan.
We’re told the extension includes copays, deductibles and coinsurance.
“With vaccines arriving, we are seeing signs of hope and promise in our collective fight against COVID-19,” says CEO Daniel J. Loepp. “But too many are still at risk, many are still battling the virus, and we want our members to know that we stand behind them.”
