Lowell Chocolate Stroll is once again happening to celebrate local businesses on Valentine's Day, where there'll be plenty of deals and chocolate to go around.
24 merchants throughout the downtown Lowell Historical District will have chocolate samples in their shops while patrons shop, dine, and support local businesses.
Shoppers will also have three chances to win Lowell Bucks valued at $50 each. When entering the drawing by using a special hashtag on Facebook or Instagram.
Downtown Lowell Chocolate Stroll will take place from 12-5 p.m.
