1. A highly-anticipated indoor dog park is set to open in Comstock Park on Monday.

The Pack is a "first of its kind" in Michigan that provides a space for dogs and people year-round. They'll also offer daycare services and food and drink options for owners.

Dogs will need to be up to date on vaccinations, and those over one-years-old must be neutered or spayed. Additionally, dogs will go through a play profile before their visit.

While humans are allowed in there right now, there is a limited capacity and safety precautions in place for COVID.

2. After a hiatus, ArtPrize will return to Grand Rapids in 2021 after taking the year off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The competition will be held from September 16 - October 3.

Art and venue registration dates have not yet been announced, but are coming soon.

Details on the $450,000 in grants and prizes are also going to be announced soon.

3. It was a lackluster finish to an even dimmer season for the Detroit Lions. The Minnesota Vikings beat them after a fourth-quarter penalty, but there was a questionable call late in the game that went against Detroit.

In the fourth quarter, Lions safety Tracy Walker sacked Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins on 4th and Goal but was called for roughing the passer.

The penalty allowed Minnesota into the endzone a couple of plays later and they would go on to win 37-35.

With the loss, the Lions finish the year at 5-11.

4. Get ready to break that New Year's resolution, Oreo unveiled its newest cookie: Brookie-O flavor.

It's a triple-layered creme that tastes like cookie dough, brownie, and original Oreo Creme.

The limited-run Brookie-O's should be in stores this month with new rollouts of chocolate hazelnut, java chip, and gluten-free Oreos coming in February.

Oreos has released 65 new types of cookies since 2012.
