Waffle Stix is just that: serving waffles on a stick. The Michigan-based food truck company offer fun and unique spins on the breakfast staple, bringing meat, fruit, and sweet confectioneries to their menu without the need of a large dinner plate.
Their menu includes a variety of sweet and savory options such as pizza, chicken and waffles, sausage, ham and cheese, peanut butter and banana, sprinkles, cinnamon, blueberry, strawberry, and more.
Waffle Stix can also cater corporate events and weddings.
With August 24 as National Waffle Day, it was only fitting that the truck visited the AllSeasons patio, where Todd and Michelle spoke with managing member Keith Wright to learn more about the food truck!
