Circle Theatre's 2020 season will have audiences rolling in the aisles, singing-along, and traveling back in time! But for those who would rather be on the stage doing all those things, now's the time to audition!
Main Stage Musicals and Plays, as well as Magic Circle Auditions, will take place March 6 and 7.
All the musicals audition at one time, in the same room. This means that when you audition for a musical, you will be auditioning for all the musicals at one time.
If you are auditioning for a musical you will be required to bring the following:
- 16-32 bars of a prepared song.
- Sheet music for your prepared song.
- Singing a cappella or to a music track is not allowed.
- You may be cut off early while singing if the production team(s) have seen what they needed.
- You may not bring your own accompanist into the audition with you.
Summer Concert Series and Kickoff Event Concert Auditions will take place March 13 and 14.
If you are auditioning for a concert you will be required to bring the following:
- TWO contrasting pieces of music, 16-32 bars of each.
- Sheet music for your prepared songs.
- Singing a cappella or to a music track is not allowed.
- You may accompany yourself if you play an instrument.
