GRAND RAPIDS — West Michigan will be waking up to a bit more cloud cover and some scattered showers. We can see scattered showers possible for mainly the first half of the day with a possible isolated shower or storm mostly south and east of Grand Rapids. It will not be a wash out so keep plans accordingly and enjoy! Temperatures will be a bit cooler in the lower 80s but adding in some humidity.

We will dry out in the second half of the day for Sunday before more shower and storm chances arrive Monday evening into Tuesday. Much of the showers and storms will arrive late Monday around sunset and through the overnight hours. These showers and storms can linger into the first half of Tuesday before we dry out again. The rain chances for this week are welcomed after a very dry sunny stretch of weather for the past week, by now we need some rain.

We have another chance for a few showers and storms Wednesday and Thursday mostly in the afternoon times. Otherwise we will have some sunshine this week with temperatures working back towards average for this time of year which is 80 degrees.
