GRAND RAPIDS — A young man is in critical condition after he was stabbed, according to the Grand Rapids Police Department.
It happened around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday night after officers responded to reports of shots fired near the parking lot of Mineo's Pizza on Burton Street.
Police say when they arrived there was no blood at the scene or a victim.
A short time later, a 17-year-old man showed up to a nearby hospital and taken into surgery after what appears to be a stabbing.
The victim is currently in critical condition and no suspect is in custody.
