MUSKEGON, Mich. — The COVID-19 pandemic shut down the restaurant industry months ago, but within the last few weeks many West Michigan restaurants have reopened trying to get back on their feet.

Corine’s Cakes and Catering is finally back open and feeding the Muskegon area delicious cakes and soul food. Reopening the restaurant didn’t come easy but owner Corine Rose says shes back open all because of three simple things. Prayer, love and networking!
