MARSHALL, Mich. — The City of Marshall Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying 3 people suspected of organized retail fraud.
The theft happened at the Super Tobacco 3 on Michigan Ave Tuesday . According to the MPD's Facebook Page, the three stole a number of tobacco items and lighters.
