WALKER, Mich. — Police say a woman died following a crash in Walker on Wednesday
The crash happened around 2:45 p.m. on Wilson Avenue south of O’Brien Road.
Police said a 56-year-old Sparta woman was headed north when she lost control, went into the southbound lanes and collided with a semi.
A 61-year-old Walker resident was riding in the passenger seat and received non-life threatening injuries.
The 49-year-old semi driver was not hurt.
The road was closed while police investigated the crash scene.
