HOLLAND, Mich. - Residents escaped a house fire in Holland Tuesday morning.
The fire broke out around 9:29 a.m. at a home on Maple Street.
When firefighters arrived, there was smoke coming from the roof, which was found to be from a fire in the attic. The fire was knocked down at 9:59 a.m.
Everyone was able to get out of the home without injuries and the damaged portion of the home can be repaired.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
