GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grand Rapids Police Dispatch began to get calls at 8:30 p.m. Sunday saying someone had been shot.
Watkins Street SE was blocked between Henry and Union while police and medical crews handled the situation. The 18 year-old victim is expected to recover.
Police arrested two people on unrelated charges as a result of the investigation. The 30 year-old shooting suspect is still at large
