THREE RIVERS, Mich. — Randall Miller was taken into police custody on an Open Murder warrant relating to the death of Lori Norman.
Norman was killed at her home on March 25th, 2019 in the 900 block of 5th Street. Three Rivers Police were assisted in the investigation by The Michigan State Police, The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office, and the Western Michigan University Medical Examiner’s Office.
