KALAMAZOO, Mich. – A Kalamazoo man has been charged with Open Murder after a stabbing over the weekend.
Kalvin Carter, 36, is expected to be arraignmed Monday afternoon in the death of Charles Keith-Shauwndell Hough, 27, on Sunday.
Hough was found stabbed to death in the 1300 block of Concord Place Drive.
