ALLEGAN, Mich. – An elementary school was evacuated for the day Monday because of smoke in the building.
Pine Trails Elementary School was evacuated on Monday. All students were taken to the Allegan High School Performing Arts Center for the day. Students are to be picked up at that location.
There is no word on what caused the smoke. No one was injured.
