BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – Battle Creek Police say they have a suspect in custody for a weekend shooting.
Timothy Erwin-Paul Wells, 21, was wanted on felony charges for a shooting Saturday at TJ’s Party Store on Meachem Avenue.
He was taken into custody Monday afternoon, thanks to tips called in to Battle Creek police.
