GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. --- Police are working a double death investigation in Grand Rapids.
Grand Rapids Police say they responded to the 1200 block of Quarry Avenue NW for a welfare check shortly before 9 p.m. and soon discovered the bodies of two men.
Investigators on the scene tell FOX 17 the victims are a man in his 20s and another one in his 40s.
The cause of their deaths are unknown, but police say there are no visible signs of trauma. Investigators also tell FOX 17 the case is not connected to any reports of shots fired earlier in the evening.
The names of the victims are not being released until family members are notified.
That stretch of Quarry was closed to traffic while crews investigated on the scene.
