DALTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Two people are dead and another in critical condition after a crash in Dalton Township Monday morning.
The Muskegon County Sheriff's Office says two people were thrown from a Chevy Tahoe after it crashed into a commercial box truck. Both died at the scene. Deputies say their truck crossed the center line on Holton Road south of Rich Road and hit box truck head on.
A third person from the Tahoe was critically injured and taken to the hospital. The driver of the box truck declined medical attention.
No one involved in the crash has been named yet pending additional investigation.
