West Michigan – The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch until 6 AM for most of the area.
Several rounds of thunderstorms are forecast overnight. Rainfall rates will top an inch per hour in some cases. Local storm total rainfall could exceed 3 inches which would be enough to trigger flooding.
