HARTFORD, Mich. – One person is dead after he was struck by a train Wednesday morning.
Hartford Police say that the 55-year-old Hartford man was listening to his iPod near the tracks using earbuds when he was struck around 8:30am. The incident happened near West Shepard Street. The rail crossing is at West Main and Railroad.
The man’s identity has not yet been released. Police are still investigating.
