UPDATE – PORTAGE, Mich. – The Portage Public Safety Department reports that Joseph Loomis has been found and is safe.
Joseph Loomis, 20, was last seen in the 7800 block of Kingston Drive north of Centre Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
