COURTLAND TWP., Mich. - One person is dead after a crash on 14 Mile Road Friday morning.
Michigan State Police say that a 19-year-old Rockford woman died when she hit the rear-end of a truck that was stopped, waiting to make a left turn onto Berrigan Avenue. She was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital. Her name has not yet been released.
The intersection was closed for several hours.
