Pedestrian struck in Grand Rapids; serious injuries reported

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A person who was struck by a vehicle early Tuesday morning suffered serious injuries, police say.

It happened at approximately 7:10 a.m. in the area of Fuller Ave NE and Race St NE. Police do not have much information on the victim at this time, only that the individual has been hospitalized with what are described as serious injuries.
