NEW BUFFALO, Mich. — Two young men from Illinois have died after their vehicle crashed into the rear of a parked semi-truck in southwestern Michigan.
The Berrien County sheriff’s department says the fatal crash occurred after the semi collided with another vehicle, which was driven by a woman from the Grand Rapids area.
She and and another person in her vehicle were hospitalized with minor injuries.
The men who died were 20 years old. No Illinois hometowns were immediately released.
The crash occurred at about 9:54 a.m. Saturday in New Buffalo Township.
