SPARTA, Mich. — A tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to the arrest of a Sparta man for child exploitation crimes.
Michigan State Troopers say they got a search warrant to search the home of Tyler Ryan Lowis, 22, after receiving the tip. There, troopers say they found evidence connecting Lowis to rape and child pornography.
Lowis was arraigned Tuesday on three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, three counts of making child sexually abusive material, and three counts using a computer to commit a crime.
