GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Two people are dead in what Grand Rapids Police are calling a murder-suicide.
Police say they were called to the 1400 block of Lake Dr SE early Sunday morning for reports of several gunshots heard.
Upon arrival, officers say they found a 21-year-old woman dead and a 21-year-old man shot.
The officer's preliminary investigation indicated that man shot the victim and then shot himself. He later died at a nearby hospital.
