BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Police are investigating after a drive-by shooting late Saturday night.
The 22-year-old man said he was walking alone on Capital Ave near Meachem Ave in Battle Creek when he was shot once in the back.
The victim says he heard a car pass him and the gunshots came from the passing vehicle.
He was transported to the hospital and was last listen in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no suspect information at this time.
