TYRONE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A woman was struck by a vehicle near the 16900 block of Peach Ridge Avenue Sunday morning.
Police say the victim got out of the vehicle to grab her dogs who were running in the area when she was hit by a southbound car swerving to avoid running into her parked vehicle.
The woman was conscious and alert at the scene, but was taken to Spectrum Butterworth.
This accident is still under investigation.
