CEDAR SPRINGS, Mich. — Three people have been arrested for the theft of items from a soldier's memorial in Cedar Springs.

Kent County investigators says that the three were arrested Thursday after serving three separate search warrants.  The three were also arrested in connection with the thefts from the concessions stand at Skinner Field.

Investigators say a 17-year old and a 20-year old were identified from tips generated after surveillance video was shown on local television and social media.  Information found at one of the scenes led to the identification of a third suspect, a 27-year-old Cedar Springs man.

The statue and all the related items, including the replica rifle and dog tags have been recovered.  Items taken from Skinner Field were also recovered.
