HART, Mich. – A Shelby woman is heading to trial for allegedly sexually assaulting a four year old boy.
Jennifer Wigren, 33, was arrested in August on a Criminal Sexual Conduct, 2nd degree charge. Investigators say that she allegedly sent pornographic photos of herself and the boy to “an acquaintance in Colorado.” Wigren’s husband found the photos and then the two had a domestic violence incident, which resulted in deputies being called to their Shelby home.
Wigren is in custody on a $25,000 bond. She is next expected in court on November 7, where should could enter into a plea deal. If no deal is reached, her trial will take place in December.
