GRAND RAPIDS, Mich- Police in Grand Rapids are investigating a shooting that happened near Eastern and Baxter Thursday night.
Investigators say around 7 p.m., they were in the area when they heard multiple gunshots fired. Moments later, they were dispatched to a nearby address where they found a 52-year-old a woman with a gunshot wound to the upper torso. Officials at the scene told FOX 17 she was found in her car outside of Urban Family Ministries.

The woman was taken to the hospital where she's in critical but stable condition.
Police say there was a large crowd at the scene when they arrived, but are still looking for any witnesses to cooperate with. They also don't have a suspect description at this time.
