CUTLERVILLE, Mich. -- Division Avenue was closed during the morning commute Monday after a pedestrian was struck and killed south of 68th Street.
Kent County deputies say the crash happened at about 5:40am on Division near Fontenelle Street. Terry Lenardson, 67, of Gaines Township was killed when he was hit by a Honda Accord, driven by a 61-year-old Wyoming man on his way to work.
Deputies say that the victim was wearing dark clothing and was not in a cross walk. The driver was not injured.
