ALLENDALE, Mich. — Police are looking for two suspects following a reported robbery on campus at Grand Valley State University over the weekend.
It happened around 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
The victim was reportedly walking west of the baseball fields near West Campus drive when campus police say the victim was assaulted and robbed, according to an alert from school officials. The suspect demanded the victim’s wallet. A second suspect appeared, snatched the cash and both suspects took off towards the football stadium.
The first suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’2 with an athletic build. He was also described as wearing a blue Grand Valley T-shirt and jeans.
No description of the second suspect was given.
