GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A missing Grand Rapids woman has been found safe.
Ma-Josefina Ramirez-Munoz was reported missing Friday after not being seen since Thursday. Police say she suffers from a mental condition and can have delusions and become disorientated.
Grand Rapids Police reported Monday morning that she was found in another state and is now safe with family.
