ALLEGAN, Mich-- Reading to your is one of the most effective ways to enrich language and encourage specific early literacy skills, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics. That's why Allegan County libraries and Allegan County United Way are partnering to launch 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten campaign.
