Police: Suspect used screwdriver in robbery of Grandville gas station

GRANDVILLE, Mich. – Police are looking for the suspect who held up a gas station Tuesday using a screwdriver.

Grandville Police say the robbery happened about 1:00am at the Admiral Gas Station in the 4300 block of Chicago Drive.  The suspect came into the store armed with the screwdriver and demanded money from the clerk.

The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.  He was described as a white male, about 5’10” tall, with an average build, and was wearing dark pants, a black hooded sweatshirt and had a mask over part of his face.

No one was injured.
