MUSKEGON, Mich. –- A Muskegon Township man was sentenced to a year and jail and five years probation in connection with a fatal hit and run crash that killed a bicyclist.
Ronnie Jo Claflin pleaded guilty in July to a charge of failure to stop at the scene of an accident causing death.
He was charged with hitting and killing bicyclist Susan Cummings with his vehicle on Fruitvale Road in August 2015.
