You can come out and support our local veterans and listen to some great music at the 4th Annual Freedom Flag Benefit Show.
The show will feature performances by Ardan Academy of Irish Dance, Ralston Bowles, Mark Swanson, The Unity, Valentiger, and Pinups for Patriots.
The event is free if you're a resident or if you provide a donation for Home for Veterans. A donation can either be cash, check, or the following items:
- C, D, AAA batteries
- DVDs
- Bic lighters
- Large print paperback books
- Recent magazines (last 3 months)
- Clothing, shoes, and shoelaces
- Men's body wash, lotion, aftershave, razors, mouthwash, etc.
- Individually wrapped candy bars/snack bags of chips
- Meijer gift cards
The show is on Sunday, August 14 from 1-3 p.m. at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans.
