First annual ‘Tutu Trot’ for ALS to be held in East Grand Rapids

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.– The ALS Association Michigan Chapter and EAU Dance have come together to start the first annual Tutu Trot to benefit those who suffer from ALS.

The Tutu Trot is a 4.3 mile walk around Reeds Lake in East Grand Rapids to not only encourage exercise, but to also raise awareness and funds for the ALS Association Michigan Chapter.

This is a family, and dog, friendly event with a live DJ and free post-event stretching. The walk will begin in Manhattan Park at 8:00am on Saturday, July 30.
