WAYNE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 29-year-old man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after crashing his motorcycle in Cass County.
Deputies say they were investigating an unrelated crash near the intersection of Dewey Lake and Twin Lakes Rd. around 5:30 Saturday evening when the biker drove around that scene. They say Anthony Dempsey lost control when deputies tried to stop him.
Dempsey was not wearing a helmet during the crash. He was taken to the hospital to get checked out for his minor injuries.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Department is still investigating the crash.
