Butter is up for adoption at the Humane Society of West Michigan.
Butter is a male domestic short hair with orange and white tabby fur. He's 12 weeks old and ready to find his forever home and family.
If you're not looking to adopt a cat, HSWM has a special on dog adoption. Dogs five months and older are $50 now until Saturday.
There are other opportunities to help animals in shelters if you can't adopt a pet.
The Bissell Blocktail Party at Mangiamo! will be going on June 14, raising money to go into the Blocktail grant that rescues and shelters can apply to each year.
The event will be on June 14 from 6-9 p.m.
HSWM also has summer camps for kids ages 5-17 running all summer long. You can register your kids for Camp Kindness, Critter Career Camp, and other summer camps on their website.
The Humane Society of West Michigan is located at 3077 Wilson Drive NE in Grand Rapids.
You can visit them or call (616) 453-8900 if you want to adopt Butter or another animal.
