One way to make the kids less stressed about moving is getting them involved. Make sure they know about the move ahead of time instead of springing the information on them the day before.
Also, get them to help pack their toys or other personal belongings. Turn it into a game by putting a packing box against the wall and throwing softer toys into the box like a game of basketball.
