WXMI– Businesses and restaurants all over the United States will be offering freebies and military discounts in celebration of Memorial Day this weekend.
Here’s a list of the Memorial Day freebies that are being offered so far this year. More may be added throughout the weekend. You are also advised to check with any business ahead of time.
-Boston Market: 25% off Memorial Day Family Meal
-Home Depot and Lowe’s: 10% Military Discount on Memorial Day weekend to all veterans who served honorably and present a valid Form DD214 or other proof of service.
-Hooters: Free Entree on Memorial Day.
-McCormick & Schmicks: Complimentary lunch or dinner entree.
-Shoney’s: Free All-American Burger to all active-duty and veterans of the military.
– Cannonsburg: Veterans, active duty and family receive half off ziplining on Memorial day.
