Kent District Library presents award winning author Jacqueline Woodson, wrapping up KDL Reads.
KDL Reads is a community reading program centered on Woodson's book "Brown Girl Dreaming," a powerful coming-of-age memoir. She will share how she found her voice to tell her story through poetry.
A book sale and signing will take place after the presentation.
Woodson will be at Comstock Park High School at 6:30pm on Thursday, May 26.
