ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Deputies in Ottawa County are searching for a man they say robbed a gas station Saturday night.
It happened at the Admiral on Lake Michigan Drive and 68th Ave. just before 10:00 p.m. The clerk told police a man confronted him claiming he had a gun. The clerk gave that man an undisclosed amount of money and the suspect ran from the scene.
Deputies and a K9 unit searched the area for the suspect, who is described as a heavy-set white man last seen wearing dark clothes. Investigators were not able to find him.
