VAN BUREN COUNTY, Mich. — A woman was killed Thursday in a two-vehicle crash along westbound I-94.
According to Michigan State Police, the crash happened at about 10:15 a.m. at mile marker 57 near the Decatur exit.
The woman’s Jeep hit another vehicle in its rear left corner while she was passing it, police said in a release. She lost control of her vehicle, left the highway and struck a tree.
Police say she was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The driver of the vehicle she was passing was not injured. The woman’s name has not been released.
